Upon booking with Riad Ariha the client explicitly agrees to the payment and cancellation terms and conditions as set out below.

Payment Policy

25% deposit required to secure the booking.The remainder is payable two weeks prior to arrival.For short-term bookings (i.e. arrival within 4 weeks) the remainder is payable in the riad.For bookings for the whole riad, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival.

Payments in advance can be made via Paypal, credit card or by bank transfer. The riad will supply payment instructions.

Payments in the riad can be made in cash or by credit card. Payments by credit card will be made in Dirhams at the prevailing rate of exchange.

In any event, the riad requests credit card details as guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

There is a cancellation fee to be charged by Riad Ariha as follows:

For notice given prior to arrival date:

21 – 30 days: 25% of total amount15 – 20 days: 50%7 – 14 days: 75%3 – 6 days: 100%

In the case of a cancellation of a booking for the whole riad, the following cancellation fees apply.
21-30 days: 50% of total amount;
7-21 days: 75%
Less than 7 days: 100%

In the event of premature departure or no show, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

We advise that you arrange travel insurance to avoid problems.
