Breakfast is included in the price. Lunch and dinner can be ordered. Meals are served in the sitting/dining room, in the courtyard, in the loggia or on the roof terrace – you choose where.

Rates are per room per night, and include breakfast, linen, maid service, all local taxes, free WiFi, free individual safety deposit box in room.

Child beds are available in Jacaranda and Jasmine for children up to 12 years of age, 15 € per night.

Cancellation policy:
21-30 days: 25% of total amount;
15-20 days: 50%;
7-14 days: 75%;
3-6 days: 90%
Less than 3 days: 100%

In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

For the Christmas/New Year period, or bookings for the whole riad, a 50% deposit is required, non-refundable for cancellations less than one month before the reservation date. The full amount is payable 14 days prior to arrival.

We advise that you arrange travel insurance to avoid problems. Thank you.

Payment policy:
3 night minimum requirement, or extra 20% surcharge for requests less than 3 consecutive nights.

25% deposit required to secure the booking. The remainder is payable two weeks prior to arrival for long-range bookings, i.e. more than a month away. For short-term bookings, the remainder is payable in the riad.

Payments can be made via Paypal, credit card on-line through our website, or by bank transfer. Riad will supply wiring instructions. Payments in the riad can be made in cash or by credit card.
